Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 390°F.
  2. Trim and discard the large centre stalk from the kale.

  3. Chop the leaves into approx. 4cm / 2-inch size pieces. (100g / 3.5oz would be the trimmed weight.)

  4. Place the kale into a large bowl and drizzle over the olive oil. Combine the remaining ingredients into a small bowl and add to the mix, using clean hands to toss and rub into the leaves for even coating.

  5. Spread out on a large roasting tray and cook in the oven for 5 minutes, rotating the tray after 2 ½ minutes.
  6. Enjoy the crispy goodness of these kale chips!
