Smoked Salmon Keto Sandwiches

Afternoon Tea, anyone? These lovely mini salmon sandwiches are made from slices of the Keto Soda Bread. The macros are calculated using cream cheese, but you could shave off even more carbs by using use soft goat’s cheese instead (I made a note of those macros at the end). One serving = 2 slices, as pictured.

  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • chives snipped to garnish

Instructions
  1. Using two slices from the Keto Mini Soda Bread Loaf, spread the cream / goat’s cheese on each. Top with smoked salmon and garnish with snipped chives.
  2. Season these mini salmon sandwiches with freshly ground black pepper.

Recipe Notes

(Macros are calculated on using cream cheese. If you choose to use goat's cheese instead, the macros come even lower = 4.9g carbs; 42g fat; 33g protein and 532 calories per serving)
