Smoked Salmon Keto Sandwiches

Afternoon Tea, anyone? These lovely little salmon sandwiches are made from slices of the Keto Soda Bread. The macros are calculated using cream cheese, but you could shave off even more carbs by using use soft goat’s cheese instead (I made a note of those macros at the end). One serving = 2 slices, as pictured.

  • 2 TB full-fat cream cheese
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • chives snipped to garnish
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Using two slices from the Keto Mini Soda Bread Loaf, spread the cream / goat’s cheese on each. Top with smoked salmon and garnish with snipped chives.
  2. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
