  • 2 large avocados peeled and diced
  • 2 limes juice only
  • pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 red chili seeds removed, finely chopped
  • handful coriander finely chopped
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
  1. Simply place the avocado and lime juice into a mini food processor and blitz well.
  2. Stir in a generous pinch cayenne pepper, finely chopped chili and chopped coriander.
  3. Season with Pink Himalayan Salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well to combine.
