Spring Onion Scramblies
A quick way to pimp your scrambled eggs, coming in at only 1.5g carbs per serving…
I mentioned that you should use 2 large spring (salad) onions. This is key, as it may not pack the same punch if you use thin, small ones. If it helps, your trimmed weight of spring onions should be at least 35g / 1.2oz. If it isn’t, use another 1-2 onions. (Macros were calculated on the above weights)
